Our three apartments are located in a small alpine village immersed in the woods, nestledbetween the spectacular peaks of the Alps and the rolling vineyards of theLanghe Hills. Situated at 700 meters above sea level, in Piedmont (Rossana, Cuneo), we are part of the Monviso Park circuit, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
We are Stefania and Alberto and we moved here in search of a healthier lifestyle, closely linked to the rhythms of nature and seasons, away from busy roads and crowded places. Here, we realized our dream of renovating a part of our small hamleton the slopes of a lush, sunny hill. We love this place so much for its quiet and relaxing atmosphere that we decided to share it with our guests, offering them exclusive and private spaces.
Here, you can escape the city and enjoy a rejuvenating holiday in our beautiful region. You will wake up to birdsong and enjoy every moment in complete harmony with nature and the surrounding woods, while remaining close to Piedmont’s most iconic destinations.
Saluzzo, Cuneo, Mondovì, Turin, Alba and Barolo are just a few kilometers away. You can visit fascinating castles and abbeys, go on countless mountain excursions on foot or by bike, plan a trip to the sea, reaching the Ligurian coast in just over an hour.
Our property consists of three completely independent units, each for the exclusive use of our guests:
the CASETTA: features a large private garden and a swimming pool
the BAITA: offers a hydromassage pool in the large private garden, and a charming, original bathtub in the center of the bedroom.
the TERRAZZA: features a romantic stone plunge pool for two, set right on the rooftops of our little village.

My wife and I can only add to the chorus of positive reviews for this magnificent place. In addition to all the positive aspects already highlighted in other reviews, I'd also like to add the convenience of being able to charge the electric car. For us, who only made the trek up and down from the Varaita Valley for a few days, it was a godsend, given that there are no accessible public charging stations in the valley.
Stefania and Alberto are special people, and the love and care they show in every detail of their corner of paradise surrounded by nature. We even stayed with our big dog in the cabin, and it was a truly relaxing and peaceful experience. Enjoying the hot tub after hiking in the surrounding area was truly a treat, as was the delicious breakfast lovingly prepared every morning by Stefania. The property is beautiful, tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Their advice on activities, the endless possibilities for excursions, places to visit, and experiences was invaluable. It was a perfect stay, something we truly needed: we imagined it would be wonderful, but the reality exceeded all expectations. We can't wait to come back! Thanks guys ❤️see you soon.
For the second time, I chose to stay for a week of total relaxation in Stefania and Alberto's little house, and it was once again a pleasure. An enchanting place, endless tranquility, a space where you can take a break from everyday life... and the hosts are Super with a capital S! What a lovely B&B! Greatly decorated, in the middle of the forest, a large garden and very sweet and hospitable people, Stefania and Alberto. We have been here for 2 years in a row in June, can recommend it to everyone. A quiet place for anyone who loves walking and Piemonte. The surroundings are beautiful and we are far from finished looking at it.
This place offers incomparable serenity, conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation. The calm and peaceful atmosphere invites you to stroll and contemplate. Dogs are welcome and can take full advantage of this environment adapted to their needs. The warm welcome from the owners adds a touch of conviviality to this haven of peace. You instantly feel good there, like at home.
With my husband, my son, our dog and my sister and her husband, we have just returned from a pleasant weekend in this splendid mountain area, hosted by Stefania and her husband in the cabin and on the terrace! It is a magical place, with attention to the smallest details, by super helpful and joyful people! We have just returned from a wonderful week's holiday spent in the Little House in the Woods with our two little dogs. The very well-kept and well-furnished house looks like one from a fairy tale, the breakfast delivered in baskets is plentiful, always varied and very good. The garden with the swimming pool has various relaxation corners, each more beautiful than the other and for those of us who have dogs it is well fenced to protect small dogs and explorers. It is a quiet and peaceful place that transmits peace in an area full of cultural, naturalistic and gastronomic itineraries well recommended by Stefania. Among the various services offered there is also the possibility of purchasing Stefania's works, even small ones, to make gifts or for yourself with unique, handmade objects (we bought some necklaces which were much appreciated). Thanks to Stefania and Alberto for the care and attention they reserve for their guests.
If you are looking for an escape from the chaos to immerse yourself in the quiet among the greenery, then give this place serious consideration. Less than 90' from Turin, at the entrance to Val Varaita, you will be welcomed with kindness and friendliness by the owners, generous with good advice (mostly written in a very useful booklet that you will find in the apartment) on what to do, visit and where to eat in the surrounding area. Well renovated apartment, with a pleasant mix of modern and mountain style, very functional and spacious. A few steps away there are paths for walks of all kinds. At night, weather permitting, you will rediscover a wonderful starry sky. Breakfast served in picnic baskets with fresh, excellent quality products and in portions suitable for an afternoon snack.
Really enjoyed our short stay in this little paradise. We really wish we would of had more time here. Delightful host, beautiful scenery and accommodation was spot on. Highly highly highly recommended. Just perfection 🥰 💞
